Just wanted to see if anyone was having good results with it. My LLMD said he is seeing good results.

I take it with my meals. I feel quite sure it helps me digest and assimilate my food and supplements, so I am getting better nutrition into my body, rather than just making expensive poo.
You have to be careful with it, because it is one of those things that your body can get used to having supplemented, and then won't make on it's own.
