Hi everyone,

I started taking my glutathione through a nebulizor, and boy is this great stuff.

It only took minutes before my head was clearer and I looked more alert.

My llmd is now prescribing this form of treatment for people who suffer from severe neuro symptoms.

Has anybody else tried this and did they have the same results?

Thanks

I've been doing glutathion once a week and I can't tell if it helps me or not but I do it anyways

i take it daily in oral form.

try taking different doses, high, then low.

it needs to be supplemented with b vitamins as well as ALA so its better absorbed. but yes, it helps and is a good part of a detox regimen.

humbly

Great stuff!

I do 1800mg pushes 3x's a week.

Keeps my liver clear and pulls metals.

Be sure and use something to take out the metals it is moving around. I use Welchol, Chlorella, etc.

Good luck, lyme x 9

Hi Savebabe.

I've been taking nebulized glutathione twice daily for the past few months as part of my treatment protocol. With exception of the first few days, I haven't really noticed feeling any clearer headed or more aware. That's great that you're getting such good results. Has it continued to make you feel clearer minded?

How is glutathione levels tested? Or could it be, supplementing glutathione is kept clean like an insurance policy. This is especially true for die offs when ammonia is generated which will deplete glutathione. From what I understand, you can have too much. The body will only take what it needs.

Hello-

I found this on Wikipedia:

Supplementing has been difficult as research suggests that glutathione taken orally is not well absorbed across the GI tract.

In a study of acute oral administration of a very large dose (3 grams) of oral glutathione, it was found that it is not possible to increase circulating glutathione in a clinically relevant way.

However, glutathione concentrations can be raised by increased intake of the precursor cysteine.

Does supplementing through a nebulizer increase the absorption? If so- how does it work?

I just started taking a whey product about a week ago (which is supposed to supply the precursor) but I haven't noticed much of a difference, yet.
