I started taking the Cowden herbs per the protocol..no trouble getting up to 30 drops of cumanda, and 20 of samento..
Wondering if my ..bacterial load is low, or my lingering problems are from babs?

Hi Shoney, Can you tell me if you can take the Cumanda with the Samento, or how you should take the 2? I'm currently taking Samento 15 drops 2x day along with Amoxicillin 1gm 3x/day. Thanks, ko

The protocol says to take Cumanda 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner, the samento (work up to 20 drops) before bed.
Are you noticing any difference with it?

Are you taking Burbur? If so, the Burbur is supposed to reduce herxes. The Cowden protocol is also supposed to be much gentler than abx, so many people don't have a huge herx.
I've done Cumanda to control yeast and never herxed.
