They were very good about replacing it a year later when it started to lag in heat. I guess they meant it when they said it had a lifetime warranty.
Some people don't like the vinyl portables, but we were tight on money and space. It also seemed like something my daughter could take with her as she moves through life.
Someday, I'll get one for myself, since my daughter won't let me use hers.
