1. Do ALL of your symptoms get worse during a herx,
or could the reaction just involve a few of them spiking?
and
2. Would it be possible for me to herx on 1g Biaxin/day,
given that I didn't on a rifampin/doxy/omnicef regimen?

Some or all of your symptoms can get worse, plus you can experience new ones. Are you only on Biaxin 1,000 mg/day? I took 2,000mg per day plus Bicillin shots and pulsed Flagyl. You may need a stronger combination.

I'm going to be starting Samento very soon. Do you happen
to know which "segment" of the Bb population it targets? Does
it work on intracellular Bb?

Adamm I would hold off on to many drugs untill you get a handel on the lyme in other words knock it down or into cyst form for a few months then add in other stuff. Yoy dont want medication induced fevers.
