I have been on oral amoxycillin for 2 weeks and have developed tiny miniscule pimple like bumps on my back,stomach,legs.
They really do not itch but if I touch them they develop a scab.Well they itch a little bit...
My LLMD advised me to go off the abx. cause it could be an allergic reaction.
It is definitely NOT hives.
Has ANYBODY ever experienced this???
Any advice???
I NEED to be on some kind of antibiotic! I have only been treated for 5 months with no improvement yet.

I developed something similar on my thighs, just above my knees. They almost looked like raised hair follicles, and they didn't itch (usually) unless I submersed my legs in hot water or became overheated. I believe it was an allergic reaction to the Cipro I was taking. Cipro also gave me severe pains in my head.
