Anyone suddenly have what feels like many cavities in your mouth? In the last months I have had this off/on and drives me nuts!
Sometimes I'll chew and hit a sensitive spot.
Can Lyme do this?

Rare are lyme patients WITHOUT mouth / dental issues, for what I see.
I lost 2 teeth from lyme (or 4, depending how I would count), dentists got no clue (no cavities on them, teeth simply got infected in the root and died with terrible pain and infection).
After all my lyme symptoms were gone, I still dealt with my teeth. I'm still dealing with them now even though on lyme remission for months.
The impact of lyme in the mouth (or the contrary, as I start to believe bad metals and bad treatments in the mouth cause us to be more sick with lyme) is cristal clear. Everytime I got a bad herx, my teeth got something.
When I started doing energetic tests, I realized all lyme pathogens can be living in the roots of my teeth, as they kept testing. Sometimes, fungi tests there too. My teeth don't test with pathogens anymore, but it took time to get rid of pathogens there.

I agree - most of us have dental issues.
I am in my fourth week of a dental nightmare. I got my stitches out today from a tooth extraction last week. I wear a "denture" (one tooth!) I have decided, thanks in part to the wonderful feedback from folks on this board, not to put in a permanent implant until I am healed from this dang disease.
I get random tooth pain, too - it moves around my mouth. Sometimes my dental pain results in major headaches.

I've actually spent this last week focused on finding Lyme literate Dentists for the Lyme list. Surprisingly, I found like 3-4 in Texas. Who would have thought?

I had horrible problems with my teeth loosening and random aches. I started oil pulling to deal with the toxins and it cleared up. Now take breaks from doing the oil pulling, but I always benefit from doing it for two months or so before stopping.
Do a "search" here for oil pulling and you will find directions for incorporating this practice first thing in the morning.

During my worst of times with Lyme and babesia and even when I was doing pretty good, I had several bouts of pain that proved beyond the scope of my dentist and on one occasion an odontologist. It was imposible to point to an exact tooth. Most recently a similiar pain has returned and again, nothing seen or revealed. This time there is a spot on my upper palate that is very sensitive to hot and cold. It sounds like this is not so totally uncommon based on what I have been reading here.
