I am on zith and mepron...added plaquenil and rifampin. Anything I should worry about or know?

yes, but unfortunatly I saw that rifampin lowers the serum conc of mepron making it much less effective. But ask your doc about this. Maybe it is not such a big deal/

Yeah I saw that about mepron and rifampin too. I have a call in to the doctor. I will post when I get an answer. I wonder if anyone else took those two together.

Don't take Vitamin C with Biaxin, it dilutes the efficiency of the drug and you want this sucker to work...It works to blast the cysts that these little buggers work to create.

I'm on rifampin for suspected bart - should I be on plaquenil, too? Which one does this hit? Bart?
