Yesterday I was completely out of commission all day long.

Does the symptoms in subject line

sound like a migraine?

Or something else?

I've not been on abx or meds for several months and am mainly doing

Whole foods, trying to get walking again, and supplements.

Does anyone have this? It is cyclic.

Sounds like a flare to me. Very similar to what I get once a month, just before Auntie Flo visits.

Finally figured out it wasn't a herx because of the timing.
