health marvel footpads are the cheapest and I feel they help me with foot cramping. I use the gold ones for heavy metal detox.

Podi patches/ akg naturals as listed above.

I have tried 3 or 4 different kinds over the years and still like the podi patches the best.

Recently read an article that they do not help and there is no scientific proof.

But, each time I have used them I have had more energy and stamina for the most part.

My lyme doc recommended the podi patches to me.

I have had other health professionals recommend them too.

I would be using them right now if I had the funds.

They run about $50 a month for maintenance after the initial cost.

The souls of my feet will get this burning sensation at times. The podi patches helped with that too.

when I first get them the patches are very brown and gunky...after a couple of months they are light in color and I can go to maintenance with them.

Has anyone tried "Inner Health" Sole Pad? I bought some at the local health food store, but I haven't opened the pack yet and I can return them if they are not good.

I found I had greater mental clarity when using the detox foot pads. I used the ones from "Health Marvels," as they are the least expensive. The PodiPatches, more expensive, didn't seem to help more.

Of the Health Marvels kind, I've used the gold, red, and blue. The grapefruit ones didn't help at all. The rest, about the same one to the other.

They give symptomatic relief only, in my opinion.

Best,

Cass A

I agree with Byron that footpads are useless. I tried them and though wow--look at the gunk on them. Then I took one and put distilled water on it and it got all gunky and brown, too. I think it is just a reaction of the chemicals in the foot pads with the sweat on your feet. But, this my humble opinion and if others think they work, fine. Hiker53
