I know someone of the Lyme docs out there is doing it, I heard it through the grapevine.
I am seriously going downhill. I just can't seem to keep up the long term antibiotics long enough to ge anywhere with this disease: My herxes are just too hard to get through, mentally and physically (I HOPE I'm not being a wimp here - but they are brutal).
If I get through hell long enough, I seem to have one good week, and then I relapse back to square one even though I'm still on the abx!
I just don't know what to do now. The abx push me too far down, make me generally sicker than without them... but I can't just live with my symptoms either. Ouch.
So I have set my hopes on Tigecycline. If someone knows who's willing to prescribe it, please let me know - I hear it can be very, very effective...

I am seeing my LLMD on Monday and expect him to put me on this. He has been using it with excellent results.
PM me; I don't want to post his name.
