From Duke...

"The duet of hemoglobin and NO is fantastically symbiotic in carrying out the machinery of life," he said.

***"Hemoglobin uses a spritz of the NO it carries to help get oxygen into tissues.***

And NO helps hemoglobin carry away the trash of

carbon dioxide.

It's fantastic."

Up...important since Bb is dependent on CO2.

Very interessting Marnie. I especially noted the fact that the NO not affected by iron was produced in the lungs.

I've done alternative treatment along with traditional and one of the alternative treatments I did to lower my blood pressure was a simple breathing technique.

I wonder if this was increasing the NO in my system at the time. I was really surprised that my blood pressure would drop so much by doing just those breathing exercises.

What do you think? Can that NO be increased by breathing techniques?
