I got it a while ago from a company called Tuberose and it is supposed to help heal the gut but it kills my stomach. Thoughts?

no preservatives...but I just realized that it says refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness. Maybe it went bad? Can that kind of thing go bad?

I don't know. Call your practitioner or the manufacturer.

I had trouble with some herbs my natural dr gave me. I think it was the stuff it was preserved with that I couldn't tolerate.
