I was there, and felt it had quite an impact on the audience.
There were 2 politicians there, and a lot of people in research and the medical field.
There was a Q&A afterward, and the question was asked about the panel that is to rewrite the guidelines for the IDS. Will they be able to just find more like minded buddies to fill in the chairs?
The answer is that the Attorney General is lyme literate, and intends to keep involved in the process so that won't happen. So, hopefully all the good research out there will finally be used in a paper that has a lot of influence.
I had to leave before all the Q&A was over, but it was very informative, and encouraging.
Hopefully, someone else was there too, to add to this, because of my faulty memory. I had a very good impression of its quality, optimistic outlook for those who get treatment, and reasonableness in discussing the controversy.

Doesn't look like others from Seattle are logging on here lately.

Sorry, Ernie, It was shown at the Harvard Exit Theatre, one showing only. I only heard about it because someone who goes to the support group heard about it there, and she told me.
Hopefully, you'll notice the benefit of the publicity it garners whether you get to see it in a theater or not. It's powerful.
One of the LLNDs who were being questioned afterward said she moved here because on the East Coast, in the mornings, there would be a tick on her door, doorstep, and car every morning. So, some in areas of the East Coast are bound to be taking heed of this information.

Hi All-
I just got back from the Austin showing and it was completely Sold Out - about 150 people -
The movie was Great - and very sad at times -
One thing I did notice that overall the people there were getting there lives back- It was Good to see --
My doctor was there and I gave here a Big Hug- She told the people around her that I was her Basket case that has made it threw this - Made me feel good -
One thing that I suggest is to buy the movie and give it to your family and friends to watch- Then they will have a better Idea what you have been threw --Jay--
