Same reason he didn't test for Bartonella probably. He can still get tested even if he doesn't think it's necessary. I'd use Fry Labs personally.

I just realized....he is testing for Bart...not babs or the other ones....who knows.

Some things he can tell by the clinical evaluation.

Some things can be treated together, so it may not matter if a test is done, especially if the reliability of the test is hit or miss.
