Just wondering if anyone here has noticed any pattern in the severity of their symptoms in relation to the cycles of the moon?

Absolutely! I can see it and it's even worst if the barometric pressure is dropping. [Eek!]

Definitely worse even a few days before the full moon.

I have a hard time sleeping around the full moon and then due to lack of sleep I take a dive at least mentally and mood wise.

It would help if I had some curtains on my window.

Wow...someone should really do a study on this. I was feeling awful and weak yesterday so I thought I'd look up the moon cycle. It's a few days before the full moon. I'm not very educated in the moon cycles but the website I went to made it look like (from the drawings) that the moon is full for several days. Can that be?
