Hi All

I wanted to share with you what I did Last Night -

I rode my Bicycle Last Night on
the monthly Full Moon Bicycle Ride -
35 miles total ---20 miles Fast --->
Started at Midnight - over 150 riders -

Lots of Cool turns and Fast straightaways -
Many Big Hills --- OucH ---
50 MPH down hills -->--->

There was several stops to drink water and talk --
We went on many streets and places that I have not been before-

It was a Lot of Fun - Most of the riders were experienced so it was no problem riding in a close pack -

Nobody got to hurt but there was a couple of small crashes but no snowball type wrecks --

I stayed in the middle of the pack and finished the whole ride -
then I rode home at 430AM -

I am not sore just a little tired today-

The reason I am telling you all this is because
I got Lyme and Babs 20 yrs ago
went 18 years untreated -

Very sick almost dead -

With 3 years of good treatment I went from
bed ridden for the last 5 years to
Feeling Perty Good and did for 2 months -

But then -
5 months ago I got reinfected and had a big Bullseye on my elbow--Dam IT --
I got Real sick for 3 months -

I took large doses of ABX again
and now I feel good enough to do the
ride last night --

I did a Lot better than I thought I
was going to be able to do om the ride-

I got Well again -- So Can You -- Jay --

Jay, It's been a long haul for you!

I can't imagine sick or not sick riding around

at that time of night though, eeek--I'd probably

hit a tree.

But, I'm so glad you're feeling well enough to do

the things you love to [woohoo]

Good for you Jay, I haven't heard you this upbeat in a while.

Also isn't it nice when we learn how to nuke these bugs when we relapse or get reinfected?
