Malarone=Mepron and plaquenil

so if your alllergic to mepron than you shouldnt take malarone.

I had a suspected allergic reaction to Mepron...and can tolerate Malarone fine!!

Malarone has Mepron, but not Plaquenil.

Malarone = atovaquone and proguanil hydrochloride

Plaquenil = hydroxychloroquine sulfate)

My LLMD had me on Malarone and Plaquenil together, so I wanted to check to see if they were the same. [Smile]

I was also really bad on Mepron but Malorone is excellent for me.
