I am on the same regime. 2g Rocephin daily. Mepron & Zith only on Mon, Wed and Fri. I have difficulty with walking and speech mostly, I have some great days and others where I have to hold on to walk because I feel like I'm falling. Been on Rocephin for 3 weeks added the orals last week
