finally got 3 days w/o nicotine.

Slept for 2 of them.

Today...fatigued...but sorta awake...thanks for your supports.

I am sure you all know I quit many...many times over the past year or so.

It was really hurting me bad. I feel sick...but it feels right.

It's not easy but you CAN do it!! I quit 22 years ago.

This is the best thing you could do for your health. I know how badly you want to get well and this will help you achieve that goal.

Go James!!

a couple of ways that can help when you crave a smoke---instead of lighting up,

1. brush your teeth
2. do some jumping jacks and/or pushups
3. light some incense and close your eyes, deep breathing.
4. remind yourself that cigarettes don't do anything good for you
and will destroy your lungs and wallet.

you can pull it off if you want to, go for it, you are plenty strong enough to quit cigarettes, you have shown that by your strength in pulling through the years with tbi's.

Actually your right...I was reading that they light a candle in a jar and let it burn out to remove the oxygen from the jar...and then the Bb grows wild in it.

So, Bb LOVES CO.

BTW, chantix and sulfonil is blocking just about 100 percent of my cravings...I do still feel weak though.

AWESOME JAMES!!

Yay Chantix!

Today I am 1 mo. nicotine freeeeeee!!!!!

Boy did that drug make a difference. I had to stop early cause it killed my tummy, but it really took the edge off the first two weeks. Now I just miss the idea of it, but the moment passes easier that in the beginning...

Keep on truckin'. [Cool]

Good for you James! You will be so glad you did! Smoking is just soooooooooooo bad for every aspect of your health. Just keep reminding yourself that you won't smell like a nasty ole ash tray to others any more...hope that is an incentive to help ya stay quit
