I have my theories on this one but would like to hear from anyone else that has this problem or can shed some insight..

Lately, I have had problems with both my occipital muscles tightening and also coccyx pain.

My occipital muscles will tighten and give me horrible headaches and then I will get a release from the pain and then my coccyx will start to hurt (to the point where I can hardly sit down).

Sometimes my coccyx will actually shift and other times it's the occiput that will shift requiring chiropractic adjustments (I can't get to the chiro fast enough when this happens).

I think something is up with my cerebral spinal fluid and the dura.

Does anyone else have this?

Diana,

I have tight occipital muscles too. I just recently discovered this. I suffer from horrific headaches too.

My PCP just rx'ed PT in order to work on this....sure hope that it brings some relief.

As far as the coxxyx goes.....can't relate to that.

Best,
Feelfit

you should see a highly skilled/trained craniosacral therapist...

Prior to getting really ill 5 years ago and getting a diagnosis, I suffered from constant spinal problems keeping me at the chiropractor 3 x a week for relief.

I met a very skilled cranial sacral therapist that put over 15 years of pain and misery with my spine behind me..with one treatment..for over a year. My spinal problems all came back (joints all "lock" up from occiput to sacrum),along with every other imagineable horrific symptom after one year of being competely symptom free.

My "theory", at least the only one that makes any sense to me, is that the cerebral spinal fluid was not pumping as it should and getting it going again bathed a certain amount of toxins from my brain.

Once the toxicity level had a chance to build back up again, the spinal problems all returned. I think my CNS is very infected and I haven't been able to find the magic bullet that will help remove the toxins (at least not one that I can tolerate).

I tried several rife sessions earlier this month and I think it dislodged mercury into my symptom. I am treating that with dmps right now. My face went completely numb for several days after the rife treatments (beam ray-all bugs setting)and ALL my teeth really hurt.

I have been to some of the best cranial therapist on the west coast and no one has been able to duplicate the results I received from my first treatment.

My theory...

The bugs setting is working on an infection in your jaw, from an old root canal or something.

As the lymph in your neck try to mop up the toxins, the muscles in the back of your neck are getting inflamed.

This tightens up the erector muscles down your whole back and makes your back stiff.

When the neck gets stiff, the pelvis gets stiff too. Release one, and the other reacts.

I'd muscle test for a Klebsiella bacteria and treat with a homeopathic.

Either that, or I'm just up in the night. Which I am.
