Hi,

I have recently started Rifampin for Bart and have had a herx in my left hip, groin, buttock, thigh and lower back. It has made the glands on my left groin swollen and tender.

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting some relief and what might help them drain quicker?

Thanks

Kelly

You might look into Daflon 500. Tests indicate helpful with lymph flow after breast cancer surgery. I have chronic venous insufficiency in legs causing edema and leg aches, and I am sold on it. It is just not easy to come by in this country, made by a French company.

kellyb2411,

Sorry you're struggling with lymph congestion. What has helped me the most is a machine called the light beam generator. It flushes the lymph system very effectively.

You can google it to find out more. The manufacturer is ELF. You can contact them for a practitioner in your area.

Best wishes,

My chi machine has helped clear my lymph system and you can buy a good one for around $100. or less. I find it very relaxing to use.

My body worker noticed an improvement in my lymph system almost right away.

The light beam generator has been known to cause some herxing.

Rife machines 10K frequency has been very helpful for my lympth node drainage. Rebounding can also be helpful, but be careful not to do too much!!

It's always best to start out slow in case one does herx.

I got my machine by calling the manufacturer, ELF. You can google them for contact info. I did a series of treatments with a local practitioner with great results (less lymph pain, more energy) before I decided to buy it.

Its a very expensive machine (I think the smallest one is $5,000.00) so I would recommend finding a local practitioner to try it out and learn how best to use it.

If you call ELF they'll give you a list of practitioners in your area.
