hey folks-

many of you here have been with me since day one and i'd just like to fill you all in with a quick update on my progress.

its been over six months now with my new DR and it seems to be paying off. after deciding to aggressively treat BLO, myco, and other intracellular bugs with 3-4 abx at a time, it seems it is finally paying off.

months 1-4 of treatment (with this dr, keep in mind ive been in tx since march 07) were hell, worse than when i began.

just recently, say 2 weeks ago i have been up to about 50% functioning each day, with great reductions in pain and much improvment in all other symptomatic areas (except for the DP and DR)

anyway, i got a job delivering papers and also delivering pizza.

now this is quite humbling coming from where i was before i got so sick...BUT, i am VERY grateful to have been able to make this much progress and to be on this track.

by attacking MANY aspects of this illness (microbial treatment, detox, immune support, metals, ect ect) i believe that i am now gaining the upper hand from all these infections.

just wanted to throw some encouragement out there.

we CAN get well, it takes a multi faceted approach, patience, and application of the aforementioned things.

to view what i am currently taking and doing for my protocol, it can be viewed on my blog @ www.lymediseasehelp.blogspot.com

cheers

derek

Great news Derek.

I beleive we have the same Dr.

I've been treating 8 months now with simular combo's as you and in the 50% range too.

I started around 40% and felt as good as 75% at one point, but any progress is good.

Congnitive dysfunction still plagues me.

Thanks for sharing the good news and stay away from that pizza.
