I just saw Dr. C in Tampa last week for the first time and start IV abx on Monday. I really liked him, alot. He is very kind and knows his stuff. I waited over a month for my appt, but it was worth it.

I also saw him last week. He is a very nice guy as well as his staff! Seems like he really knows his stuff when it comes to Lyme! Which was so relieving to me!

I just stopped my doxy today. We are going to de-yeast my system for a week, then do 3 weeks of babesia treatment due to a borderline titer from the ID doc up here. Then back to hitting the lyme again via IV.

I have a friend who sees Dr. C and really likes him. She says his nurse is very good at putting in PICC lines. She has had some really hard times with the herxing, but has taken some breaks, and he changes her ABX combos often.

She had seen the other LLMD in the area, Dr. S, and feels he is not really interested in helping patients as much as doing research and writing books.
