My LLMD indicates that abnormal scans are normal for Lymies. I do not see my doct until next month and had some questions

FIndings

"mild to moderate focal reducation in perfusion is see in the left parietal region just left of the interhemishperic fissure. Mild reduction in perfusion is also seen in the anterior portion of the right temporal lobe.
THe remainder of the mid brain, thamlasmus and hypothalamus and cerebellium are within normal limits

Opinion

non-specific reduction in perfusion to the left parietal, anterior right temporal lobes as described above

I have constant head pressure and headaches on the right side mostly. I have a few questions based on your experience

1) Will this improve with treatment?
2) what is the best treatment. ( currently on biaxin/flagly)
3) Do I have to do IV?
4) What else can I do get improve this pain.
5) Is the symptoms caused by herxing, toxins or the spirochete itself

Hi Tony, You might want to change your Topic Title, because there is no indication of a question.

I've had much head pressure and weird headaches and pains in head/ears. The left side was my worst, but I had a spot on my right side also, plus a band all across the back - ear to ear. It is gone for now. I've decided this is some of my Herx. The pressure can be pretty bad and it scared me once, but it did go away after a couple of weeks.

Cleared Up - My pain/pressure has cleared up for a few days finally. Now it is time to hit it hard again with my method of killing these bugs. So, I'd say, Yes - yours will improve with time - how long I would not know.

IV - I had IV's 3X/week for two months. Now I don't have really good spots for an IV to work. These days the backs of my hands are being used. The veins in my elbow area are now full of lumps (scars). Nurse said some will heal in time...but maybe some won't.

Best Treatment - Boy, that is SO individual. You'll need to keep reading on LymeNet - work with Your doctors, use your crystal ball and your gut to make that decision. I am trying rife/photon light and holistic/homeopathic methods/herbal protocols/coffee enemas/Silver and so forth. In February I'll be in Germany for the 880 treatments and Dr W's protocol. My choice, my risk - no guarantees. No guarantees for any treatment...at least none that I know about.

Pain - I use Gabapentin. That really helps me with the buzzing/neurological feelings. When it was at the most painful - this is all I took. I did not take asprin or Tylenol or Bayer, etc. because I wanted to be sure that I could feel what going on. I even had sore spots in various places on my skull. I think some of the die-off toxins were not removed from my brain, and the heavy metals were redistributed due to one treatment I had and won't be repeating anytime soon. Detox is Sooooo important. Tonight I have ordered some suppository detox stuff. I've learned from others on LymeNet how well these have worked for them.

Symptoms - RE your last question - Maybe the head pressure/headaches are due to all three - herx - die-off toxins - spriochete activity, who knows. Unless we have some scientist place our brain under the scope and study it, or unless we have daily brain scans to see what is happening it's impossible to know for sure.

You are on some Heavy doses so I'd guess you have die-off toxins - maybe even some heavy metal moving around.

Questions to you: What are you doing for Detox? There are many great recommendations in LymeNet. I'm not the best at relating to you all the best practices (my brain does not recall well at this time) - I use lemon water daily, plus homeopathic drops for Lymph Detox, Lymph/Spleen Detox, at night I use Liver Detox, coffee enema's, and soon I'll use detox suppositories.

I've ran out of gas. Good Night, Grace
