I used the Gold ones from Health Marvels and I liked them. They helped my bowels move and made me feel energized at times in the mornings.
However, the first batch I got had asian writing on the back, and my most recent batch has English on the back. Which is fine....
....but this batch didn't give me the positive benefits like the last batch did. Maybe it's hit or miss....OR maybe they just helped me as much as they could/would have. Who knows. Did anyone else experience this? I'm worried I got a bad batch of them or something. It isn't my imagination....this time around they didn't do too much. Maybe for some this batch would and it's just me...who knows.
