Just ordered my Artemisinin. Anyone know if it's okay to continue taking minocycline?
I know mino and malarone are a big no-no, and I was wondering if mino and art are too...

My doctor has me on all three. Minocin, Artemisia, and Malarone.

Apparently Minocycline is used by the same pathway in the liver as Malarone, so the Malarone doesn't get absorbed properly in the body.
In lab studies the Minocycline reduces the efficacy of Malarone by up to 40%.
However I was reading a post by a lady earlier and she said that her daughter ONLY got better on mino and malarone combined. Everytime they took her off mino she declined.
So, if you're feeling better and it's working for you I wouldn't be too concerned. If you're not seeing much improvement though I would look into that with your LLMD and replace the Mino with Zith and see if that helps...

Please check with your LLMD and/or pharmacist. They don't cancel each other out, but the Art has parasite-killing properties that can bring on a stronger herx than antibiotics alone.
Just because it is natural, doesn't mean it is gentle.

I used Minocin and Mepron together also used rifampin minocin mepron, and also Mepron biaxin xl rifampin together But 3.5 months in I had to stop the mepron I was getting fevers al day every day. But I can also tell you I did go off treatment for 8months and was feeling good until rebitten by a tick carring RMSF-LYME-Babesia so went back on mepron and minocin then biaxin xl tindamax then mepron clarithromycin now off everything and about to do a tapeworm treatment.
