I have lots of symptoms that are lyme related. Recently saw a rheumologist for arthritis and he tested for all the autoimmune diseases. The only 2 positives have been HLA B27 and band 41 IgG (Western Blot). Could it be lyme/coinfection?

I am not as familiar with B27 with regards to Lyme, but there are some details on it here:

To my knowledge, it isn't directly related to Lyme.

Your Dr. checked your tissue type.. see the reference below for the difinition of tissue typing.
Some Drs. think that some lyme symptoms, and the way you respond the abx (or don't respond) is related to your specific tissue type.
Ask your Dr. to explain..
