Can anemia come and go with cronic lyme or any of the Cos?

If so, what action could be causing it?

My mom has this anemia that the docs can't figure out. She has never been tested for Lyme, but I am really starting to wonder.

Were gonna need a LLMD for the Sacramento, CA area. Suggestions?

Hi,

I would suggest looking at the "Seeking a Doctor" forum to get LLMD referrals in your area.

I can only say that for me, I was extremely anemic as I was getting diagnosed. I have Babesia (a coinfection) which my doctor attributes my anemia to as it attacks red blood cells. Not everyone with Babesia is anemic nor does everyone who is anemic have Babesia, of course. That's just been my story. Good luck. TS

Wheat and gluten, corn, soy and food allergies can be a major cause for anemia because of malabsorption of nutrients. These allergies can be silent - and cause the Leaky Gut.

My husband was anemic for several years - until we just figured this out by doing AI allergy testing.

Take care.
