I had this issue before. It was Prostatitis - very painful condition that felt like if somebody drove a knife in the place and slowly rotated it. Scale of pain from 1 to 10 it was for sure 9.5 at least.
About 18 months ago I started taking nanosilver in hope to clear my Lyme. Well, my Lyme is still around but but this Prostatitis was gone after about 4 months of nanosilver. It has been over a year and the symptom hasn't return. It seems than it was not Lyme that caused it but something else that was easier to cure.
