in various parts of my body. The new one starts in my right thumb and spreads in my arm for a few seconds, then subsides and starts again. An episode lasts a minute or so. I have been getting a lot of them since last night. Could it be triggered by the zithro and mepron combination? Has anyone experience this? The rest of my body is also achy, feels like fibromyalgia... And as of yesterday, I was told I have developed tachicardia. Oh, and let's not forget the twitching of the mouth and right eye. Any ideas?

I have all of those symptoms. These are very common with LD.
Add in.......constant pain, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, swollen glands, dizziness, involuntary movements, headache, neckache, rib cage pain, muscle weakness, anxiety, depression, and the list goes on and on.
Symptoms can become more severe during a herxheimer reaction.

I get the stabbing pains, too. Sommetimes it feels like a bee is stinging me. A lot of times I feel it on my calves.

Get them too. In my right thigh, my calf and my breasts. Think its part of Lyme, unfortunately.

I get what feel like needle jabs in various parts of my body.
A lot of times, the part of my body that gets the jab also twitches right after the jab.
I've had these for years and wonder if I've been infected for years.
My LLMD thought that was more likely one of the coinfections than Lyme, but not sure.
I know mine got worse for a few days after starting abx (Doxy), so the little buggers must have been irritated by the abx.

After Mepron or something it took my stabbing pains went away for good.

Hi
I get the stabing pains in both thumbs,and my frount teeth. I also get at times resting engina.
My heart has been gone through,the arterys are all clear.
The only heart issue I have,is they have found is a stiffing of the center wall in my heart.
I think it is caused by nerves miss firing.
We all have fat that surrounds the nerve endings,that act as a conduit for electricicalimpulses,from what I understand.
If this faty tissue (mylyne) (spelling) is compromised by toxin the nerves either stop impulses or miss fire.
I am not a Doc,this is just my understand from what I have read ,or been told. If it starts to affect your heart(as I guess it already has ,keep a very close eye on it.
