I've been Rifing and doing Salt/C for about 6 weeks now.

At first, I got a major Herx with my first Rife session just doing a minute on Lyme, Babs, and Bart frequencies. I was down and out for about 9 days with this Herx.

So, I backed off to just 15 seconds on each frequency and have been Rifing weekly and have worked my way back up to 1 and a half minutes on all three frequencies above.

In addition, I'm doing 3gm of salt/c daily.

Well, like I said, I ramped up to 1 and half minutes on the Rife, but prior to that I was just doing 45 seconds. My last Rife was two days ago.

Today, I'm very weak in the legs, slightly confused, vertigo, and very shaky. I took some benadryl along with my daily Xanax and it seems to have calmed things down a bit and I can once again think clearly now and my neck isn't so stiff, and the shakiness is gone. Benadryl is a CNS depressant and was just wondering if anyone gets these symptoms. My legs are very weak today as well.

For those of you that are Rifing, how long are you doing your treatments and how often ? I'm using the EMEM5a, and it's not a coil, but a helium bulb similar to Royal Rifes machine. I hear some doing hour long treatments with their coils, but can someone explain the difference between a coil vs. a helium bulb as in the EMEM5a ?

I just can't imagine doing an Hour therapy. I would think it would kill me. Or, is this something I have to work up to ?

Appreciate and feedback or answers anyone can provide.

The very first thing I thought of is detoxification, you really have to pay attention to this espec. when you are experiencing such a severe reaction. Wish I had more advice to give, but take it easy. No need to hit every bug at the same time if it is going to immobilize you.

Take your time to find out which particular freqs. are causing these results, then take care with them and use them only when you are feeling up to it. IMO rife machines can help with generally improved energy levels and parasite reduction of other varities and I will frequently use the machine for that purpose - rather than just killing the lyme bugs.

You have to work your way up .. and all Rife machines are different. One hour on one may be the same as a few minutes on another.

I have the EMEM5A and have never rifed longer than 30 min at a time. I don't remember how long it took to get up to that amount of time.

I think I was able to get to a few minutes within the first month or so.... but that was nearly 4 yrs ago and my memory isn't so hot!!! [Wink]

Yes, be sure to detox and keep things moving. Maybe epsom salt baths?

PS// I rife every two weeks, as per Bryan's book.

Lymetoo, did you hit remission with Abx or these other protocols? How much do you still do?

I hit remission with abx 3 1/2 yrs, then finished it off with abx and mangosteen another 6 months. Then bought a Rife machine one year later. Have used it to keep Lyme at bay.

I'm so glad to have the Rife!

lymetwister,

I have been using the EMEM5a for 3 1/2 yrs.

I have never been able to go above 4 minutes on lyme numbers without suffering herxes my body could not handle.

Yes, if you jumped up to an hour you would be in trouble!!!!!!!!!!

I am so much better.

It will become routine for you. Don't give up.

Detoxing makes all the difference!

Make sure you do a probiotic. Good bacteria can be wiped out as well.

The EMEM WILL help you, but it will take time.

It is so good to not have the side effects of the antibiotics. Diarrhea, candidiasis...

I have been able to do occasional antibiotics, esp. for the co-infections.

RIFE KILLS SPIROCHETES!!!!!

You must have patience. You are doing so well and increasing your time.

Be encouraged.

Forgot to say, with the Benadryl, be sure you are drinking plenty of fluid! Might even throw in some electrolytes.

It could dry you out.
