Does anyone have any advice on water filters or air purifiers?
I have a whole house water filter. this doesn't remove the high contents of Iron. I contacted the town water co. they saud it's an area thing
and it's not harmful, but at times the water has a brown tinge. should I get a reverse-osmosis system?
I have an air purifier, but I'm not so sure about the ionic thing being healthy.
help please! Trace

I have a water ionizer for all my drinking and cooking water. It produces alkaline water. Scott has some info I think on his website about water ionizers.

Thanks TadichGrill! I'll check that out. I'm very worried about the Iron in the water. They say it's not harmful, but maybe not for healthy people.

does a water ionizer filter the water as well?

Reverse osmosis is the best kind, but you have to supplement with minerals as it pulls minerals out
of the water. Get one with a UV light to kill viruses and other pathogens, too.
I've have an Austin air for a number of years that I am very happy with but thru the years I see some pretty new technologies out on the market.

Blueair makes incredibly good air purifiers. I have one in my bedroom on all the time and love it.

Andrew which model from Blue Air did you buy?
A water ionizer does filter the water and I added another filter to mine so it actually filters it twice before I drink it.
