Does anyone know the difference?

In light of the research Marnie posted, which I browsed, I am curious about the difference

And whether one is more studied or more effective than the other.

Because the far infrared light that my acupuncturist used for the trigeminal neuralgia was helpful.

I think it depends on the study. Some wavelengths are better than others for treating various conditions.

880 is pretty standard but I've also read about 1072 & some of the others being used.
