Just started Doxy 100mg 2x a day a couple days ago with LLMD (working up to larger doses) and since then have been experiencing: extreme fatigue, sore lymph nodes, and chills.
Has anyone experienced this as well. Does it eventually subside? Also taking Rocephin. Please share your experience. Much thanks.

Hi MorningSong - I'm going through the same thing this past week. I just started the same dosage you're on last Monday...the EXTREME fatigue, chills, heat and all those fun symptoms got much worse. Sounds like you're definitely herxing so try to keep that in mind...you're killing the bad guys!

I had the extreme fatigue when I started doxy. It lasted 5 weeks for me.
After that I was back to my "normal" level of fatigue.

I felt the same way, as well as being dizzy with body pain and headache. I was bedridden but after a couple of weeks I felt much better and I have never been that sick again. It is a year later and I am still doing pretty well most of the time. I think doxy is one of the best abx I used for lyme -
