Especially going up stairs and completely out of breath, I don't know how to describe this except, all my lower extremities feel hot and I can feel blood or something running through them, it's not a good feeling either.
Anyone else get this?

I don't get that in my legs, but I do get it in my head.
That's really disturbing.
Makes me think I'm having an aneurysm or something.

i get neuropathy and tingling pain like walking on burning hot sand combined with muscle weakness.
