Hey all,

I am now on Augmentin, Bactrim and Rifampin. I just started the Rifampin yesterday.

Does anyone know of interactions with these???

Also, I noticed the last few days my pee is orange, like orange juice! Is this a Rifampin side effect? I don't see that in my booklet.

Hi Richedie,

Yes, Rifampin will turn your pee orange. It is a bit disturbing. Thanks goodness my daughter's LLMD warned us.

So many things interact with Rifampin. I would consult with your pharmacist or check online.
