Good Day, I am wondering if your joint symptoms are similar to mine?
My joints have a constant tingling sensation in them. When I walk or stand my feet ache. There is a level of pain that comes and goes in my elbows, knees, shoulders, and ankles, but this is mild.
When I ride my bike and go up a hill my knees start to have pain. It feels as though they get really tight and the pain comes.

Well frankly hard to describe them, there was always level of pain in my knee joints, Usually when using stairs on inclines, squatting and such.
At its worst flare up there is pain even on level surfaces. Elbow have similar pain albeit much more rare. Past year I also have similar pain in wrists and even fingers. In wrists and elbows its more of a lingering pain , not triggered by specific position
There is also some pain in feet but I dont know if its joints or something else -as sometimes its ankle ,sometimes soles ,sometimes all around.
I have no tingling or tightness I can notice though
