Currently taking Omnicef and Zithromax. LLMD is adding:
Flagyl (Pulsed) Malarone (Daily) Art (Pulsed)
My session with LLMD went so fast (1/2 hour), did not get chance to ask: Can the above 3 be taken with antibiotics or better taken apart?
The reason asking is because trying to figure out a schedule when I can best take probiotics. Thank you for your input -- very much appreciated.

As far as I know, they can be taken with antibiotics. I have taken Malarone and artemisinin, and Flagyl briefly a long time ago. So then you'd take the probiotics away from all the prescriptions.
With Malarone, it would be best if taken with a fatty meal, or at least some sort of fatty food. Many people also try to avoid supplements that contian Vitamin E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, or CoQ10, while on Malarone or Mepron. They interfere with the Malarone's absorption.
Doctors are divided on the CoQ10 issue, but I would at least try not to take those things at the same time as the Malarone, if you do take them at all. You could maybe do that ALA and the E later in the day.
