Seems like the dizziness is the worst in the morning thru early afternoon and then lets up.
Does this happen to anyone else? I wonder why that happens.
Maybe its from my computer??? The early part of my day is spent reading on here!!

Yes Sarah, it seems like all my symptoms are worse in the morning. I am usually best at night and don't want to go to sleep cuz I know I will wake up sick all over again.

Lisa, you just described my life! My symptoms actually start at night while sleeping and almost every morning I wake up like I have the flu.
As far as dizziness mine is always bad in the morning but I have NMH so when I get up I black out (not faint...just everything goes black and I have to just wait 5-10 sec for it go go away). This also happens frequently when I just get out of a chair or bend over to pick something up.
Yesterday I was kinda dizzy all day for some reason. Is there anything that can be done for that???
Salt does seem to help me but not always

- This happens to me, too.
The computer can be very stressful on eyes and contribute to vertigo. Try a few days without it - or do later in the day and get a feel for that.
Allergies to dust or reaction to chemicals in your bedroom or closet?
Are you getting good liver support? The liver could have a lot to do with this.
Are you drinking enough water all throughout the day?
You might try ginger capsules at lunch and then work up to one with dinner - if they are not too stimulation for you. Then, one before bed if not stimulation for you. Or ginger the first thing in the morning.
