I have just started the Humaworm 30-day program. I have seen some posts regarding probiotics rendering the Humaworm ineffective.

Does this just mean I should take them at different times during the day? Or lay off probiotics altogether for now?

Just take them a couple hours apart like you would with abx. I don't know about it making the Humaworm ineffective .... typically you worry about making the probiotic ineffective.
