Its been a long while since I have posted. Some here may remember me.

I first got Lyme in 1987, not treated for three years, then treated for three years then in remission for 6.

I relapsed in 2000 and went through another 9 years of treatment. I am here to say that the treatments for the co infections I think did it for me. Dr.C had me take the full spectrum for any co-infections and one by one the symptoms fell away. I stopped all meds last march as I needed a break from the fight on yeast, and well........never did go back on as I felt good so why?

I started an exercise program mainly consisting of long speed walks up a long steep hill. A one mile circuit. I now do three at least three to four times a week. I have suffered from exercise intolerance for years, but with the taking of higher doses of mag and calcium , I seem to have overcome this as well as my tetany seizures and spasms. The mag is crucial.

I also eat an anti candida food plan with low glycemic food. Even though I have no yeast issues, this diet always makes me feel better. Oh yeah, MY HAIR grew back when I stopped the meds, I had lost at least 30% due to thinning. Maybe the meds? maybe the yeast? or both? Nice and thick again, thank gawd

I now have a PT session twice a week and really get a pounding, so far so good.

I hope this info helps. There is hope. Been there done that TWICE!

I am very happy for you!

Congratulations. This is wonderful news and most certainly gives me hope that my daughter will see remission even though at the moment it seems so far away and progress glacial!

Thank you so much for posting this.
