i know tracy has said that cody has something wrong with a picc line.

can someone please explain what a picc line and a port is?

is it an iv line or some sort of permanent umm, hole or something?

what do they do? do you put in meds in an iv at home?

sorry guys, i hate iv's and have had bad experiences.
