i read about the salt/c regime and it said sea salt.

so i'm in ross's and they have this sea salt bath product. got me to thinking....aha...

so if you ingest sea salt couldn't you use this in the bath and it would help???

just a thought...

Hey there.. I just posted somewhere lately that I have been doing just that.

I have been taking salt and C baths...

I wanted to avoid epson salt due to magensium so i just use salt by the recommendations of my doc.

Then i had powdered C so i just added it.. I mean.. ..why not? I was thinking like you..

I am sure i am aborbing some and I have been liking them.

Yes it helps...remember the skin is your largest organ. Open your pores with the hot water and you will absorb it.

I also take transdermal magnesium after my shower when my pores are open. I use a spray.

epsom salt baths I was told are good for pain. Anything else other than pain? What is the Magnesium issue????

Some docs ask that you do not take epson salt baths or supplement with magnesium because they say that the bugs need it to survive and that the biofilms also use it to build and keep strong.

In essence do not feed them..

Some including me... report after awhile of epson salt baths to start feeling a lot worse overall... even though each one can help with pain and tension..

So...though some doctors do not advise this or think it is an issue..

You just should do your own research and decide..

There are a few topics that are a bit controversial and have different view points...
