I was a lunch with a co worker and had a horrible tremor my entire arm and hand was shaking.....
she said are you okay, i said what i didnt even notice it...

Happens to me a lot. I actually was sitting having coffee with a friend and my hand, with a mind of it's very own, suddenly dumped the coffee on me. It looked like I'd done it on purpose!

Happens to me a lot at work as well. I'll be in a meeting and suddenly my head or arm or foot will jerk. People give me this STRANGE look because I don't usually notice until I see the weird look on their face. I know if it's my head jerking, I probably look crazy!
