So, what do you guys think?? Does Vitamin K have antiviral properties??

If so then I wonder if Catherine Tomaro's Vitamin K protocol would be helpful for those with high viral titers.

As a current Lyme patient and former nurse( until Lyme did my career in) I would strongly suggest that no one start a vitamin K regiment until they consult with their physicians, and the attending medical professional and patient together determine if such a protocol would be appropriate for that individual. Vitamin K possesses coagulation properties which would be contraindicated( advised against) supplementation for individuals, for example, that are taking drugs such as Coumadin, a blood thinner for conditions such as cardiac issues or prevention of blood clots. I AM NOT A DOCTOR- repeat, from what I know- please consult your health care professionals BEFORE you engage on any supplementation protocols to know if you are doing the right thing. Thanks for listening and everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
