I need to take Flagyl 3 times daily. Should I leave 8 hours between each dose? If I do that, then I need to take probiotic at 8:00 PM & the last dose of Flagyl at 10:00 PM.

Will that kill the probiotic?

Shouldn't ... that's 2 hours.

Good to know. I have always taken my probiotic last thing at night and now I will have to switch a bit.
