I have Chronic Lyme and Bartonella and have been on antibiotics for 2 years up until last month. Last month, I had antibiotic poisoning, so my doctors have advised me not to take my antibiotics anymore because I could die if I do. I've been very sick, especially without my abx. How can I go about being treated?

By antibiotic poisoning - what do you mean?
If you have pancreatitis, there are still abx options for you (I've been there).
Otherwise - maybe a better definition of abx poisoning would help.

I looked it up. It seems that antibiotic poisoning is an overgrowth of yeast.

By antibiotic poisoning, I mean an infection from the antibiotics.
I tested positive for that last month following hives and other rashes all over my body and diarrhea.

By infection do you mean C. Difficule or candida? Candida shouldn't pose the kind of problem that you mention but C. Diff might.
Is your LLMD the doctor who told you that you couldn't take abx anymore? If so, did he/she offer any alternatives? If not, I would go to a doctor who offers alternatives to abx. ILADS has some Naturopathic doctors and there are a number of LLMD's who use alternative treatments including homeopathic protocols.
You might try rife, homeopathy, herbs possibly or the bionic 880 etc...

I'm not sure what kind of infection it is, actually. I've always had yeast problems, so I'm sure that it isn't that. It might be that I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics.
Yep, my LLMD and Infectious Disease specialist both agreed that I need to stop antibiotics and even the Cat's Claw supplements. They said that I could have to be in the hospital and might die if I start antibiotics again.
My LLMD wanted me to begin Cowden Protocal a couple of appointments ago because I haven't made much progress on orals, but now I'm not sure if I can even do herbal treatments, since I was told to stop taking Cat's Claw.

It will be hard for anyone here to make suggestions without knowing why your doctors have said you could die from taking abx.
An allergy would not apply to all abx and would not explain why you have to stop all abx and even cats claw.
If I were in your situation, I would get a copy of my test results and records so that I could do more research into what my options might be. There may be others here at lymenet who have had the same situation who might have suggestions if we knew what you have.
