Let's share some great breakfast ideas. I thought I'd start with breakfast since I get so

overwhelmed with all this! You are all so helpful and wonderful:)

Hard cooked eggs.

Frozen burritos.
The beans in them supply magnesium.

I know that some people don't/can't have any carbs at all, but I have to have some so I stick to gluten free complex carbs like brown rice products and sweet potatoes.

Baked sweet potatoes are probably yummy for breakfast!

If you like hot cereal, Bob Redmill makes a yummy brown rice farina. http://www.bobsredmill.com/organic-brown-rice-farina.html

You can cook it with Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk!

Quinoa porridge is great. The recipe is here:

http://www.bodyecology.com/recipes/porridge.php

It does not include carbs or sugar, so it does not violate the low carb diet and will not cause yeast infections. Make a double batch and just reheat a large serving in the morning and you have a nice tasting healthy breakfast.

Thanks! I'm going to put this list on my fridge. Really great and interesting ideas. Hopefully

this list will keep growing. On that note I think I'll go eat:)

Best to buy a book that tells how many carbs are in each food.
