been on iv rocephin for a month and back on doxy for 2.5 weeks.....head feels a little clearer but the muscle pain in my calfs, thighs, arms etc does not seem to be getting any better, if not a little worse.....why???.....is it lyme/bart or can fibromyalgia or similar run with it or develop with it..........

Lyme can cause terrible muscle and joint pain.
Are you aware of "herxing"? That means your lyme symptoms can get WORSE while taking antibiotics. It's part of the "game".. and a nasty one at that!!
